🔍 Track Your Order

After dispatch, you receive a tracking number on WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You can monitor your order via our website or the courier’s website in real time.

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The item is missing parts/accessories or is not as described
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is used, installed, or tampered with.
• The item is not in its original packaging or has missing accessories
• The request is raised after 7 days of delivery

📦 How to Initiate a Return

💸 Refund Process

• For Prepaid orders, once the returned item passes our quality check, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
